Do I need a laptop or good wifi?

No. The course runs on KASI's mobile-friendly learning platform, works on a smartphone, and is built for limited data. You can study between job applications or casual work, wherever you have signal.

What happens if I don't finish?

Nothing bad, no debt, no penalty, it's a sponsored seat, not a loan. But finishing is how you unlock the 50%-off voucher for the Digital Workplace course, so it's worth pushing through.

Is this an accredited qualification?

No. The Digital Skills Intro course is an industry-relevant short course, not a QCTO-accredited qualification. KASI's separate Office Administrator and Project Manager programmes are the QCTO-aligned occupational qualifications (accreditation in progress).
